    PS3 Performance Issues

    Alright. I'm just throwing this out there. I think it's my PS3, but I just want to ask.

    I'm having performance issues with this game and my PS3. The first quarter isn't so bad, but after a while I start experiencing 1-5 second freezes when doing common things. Whenever I hand off the ball to a HB, for example, the game will lock up for a second or so. In general, the game feels sluggish all over the place for me. Using menus, switching teams and adjusting players all seem to be not very responsive. Any experience with this? This happens during offline games. Same result if I'm signed into PSN or not.

    I brought the game over a friend's house and it felt much better.

      Yeah sometimes when passing into a crowd of players there will be a slight delay while the ball is in the air. Its not always smooth and it gets really aggrevating sometimes.

          Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I haven't seen any of this offline or on. I've played close to three full seasons combined and even the online play is very smooth for me.
          Golf: Bubba
          MLB: Braves
          Nascar: Smoke
          NBA: Heat
          NCAA: Florida & Miss State
          NFL: Whichever team currently has the most of my favorite college players
          NHL: Caps
          Tennis: The Joker & Sloane Stevens
          WWE: Dean Ambrose
          Misc: Anybody wearing a Team USA jersey

                  Yeah.. no problems here. I don't have any kind of freezes.

                      I've noticed some but only after this last patch. It wasn't significant but noticeable.

                          Thanks all. I figured as much. My playstation is just sluggish in general. I guess I'll be calling Sony today.

                              How many games you got saved in there....might be time to delete some of the old ones.
