Real Broadcast camera fans unite!

Am I in the minority with this? Why can't we get a real broadcast camera? For the past couple of years I've waited for them to put this in. They have the same crappy again this year. That's not a broadcasting camera! Anyone else want to see a real broadcast camera? The EA football added this because enough people asked for it. Can we get the same for NHL?

I agree. We definitely need one. I still have hope that the custom camera option will give us the opportunity to create a better broadcast angle. It is greyed out in the demo.

Every sports game should have it, one of the developers could chime in and tell us if the custom camera option will be able to recreate a broadcast angle.

I'm in for the real broadcast camera! I've been wanting a custom camera angle in the NHL series for years now. If it's actually implemented well, it could be absolutely awesome. Let's hope there's just no framerate issues with it like what I see with the ACTION angle. I love the view; but it slows way down when the puck is in the corners.

In the in game menu there is an option for custom cameras so maybe you can create a decent broadcast camera.

Dirtyjerz, u r def not in the minority. I would kill for a broadcast cam. Dont get me wrong i love everything about this game as is. I would like the option though. Broadcast cam was the only reason that i also played 2k10 last year, it was very well implemented in that game. I too am wishing the manual cam can duplicate a 2k10 type broadcast view. Well off to play the demo again. It's sad really how many times i have played this demo. It's gunna b a long dragged out few weeks till the 7th

don;t tell me they didn't put one in his year, we have been asking for this for years, If I get the game home and they didn't add one I will be a little upset, I mean really what are these wish list threads for?

Unfortunately, we BC lovers are in the minority, so we're always at the low priority level every year in the minds of the developers.

If there's one sport game where I can't stand the north/south view that's hockey. By the way can soemone post a snapshot of the so called broadcast cam in the demo. Is it really the same as always?

I dont have a piic of the angle buut trust me its the same as its been. it needs to b lower like 2ks, thankfully this game doesnt have gameplay like 2ks. Also evey1 is saying the game has a manual camera but i cant find this feature, any help? Did the devs talk about 1?

I saw the custom angle but, I highly doubt that it will be anything like we've been asking. I guess we'll find out soon enough. I really wish someone would say something. Football is the only game I can play with the n/s camera.

I'm actually not sure how you guys could play WITHOUT a N/S camera with this series. So much of the gameplay is tied into the skill stick and it's very dis-orientating going E/W with the R-Stick.

I guess over time, one could teach himself how to do it but I think THIS hockey series is best played with the N/S view. Definitely agree though, that 2K10 with Classic controls played great on Broadcast Cam.

That's my thoughts exactly on this. I'm clueless to how you guys can want to play this game going E/W instead of N/S. Seems like it would be far more difficult, especially when playing player locked in the EASHL.
