I'd say on offense QB and WR are big positions to fill. You need SOMETHING at those spots to go somewhere. Generic WR are brutal to use. Generic QB are do-able, but don't plan on a vertical offense. They can only throw short passes.
His priority is a bit off from mine, though. I'd always take a DT and I'd never take a FB.
