Nope. I'm 5 games in my madden 11 chise and only once did I see an AI player slightly move.

In madden 10 I played 10 years of a franchise and only in the first couple games did I see any movement and only 1 offside penalty.

Apparently the Madden dev team don't think offsides exist in football. Interesting.

I have NO CLUE why it is so hard for EA people to get penalties fixed in their football games.
