New Long Beach State Athletic Director Loyed Carr has announced that Long Beach State will bring back the Football Program that has been missing for a decade. The Long Beach St football program will be in the FBS as a proud member of the Independce. "Long Beach St have been without a Football team for too long. Southern California College Basketball last year was the big thing. I think its time to do the same for Football. We'll find a coach, We'll Build a team and we'll play football." It will be intresting to see who comes on this team. LBST will also have Tryouts for Walks. Long Beach Football is Back


Ok This is fantasy as you can see so i'll had guys from From movies, shows, or pro players Brothers or Sons being recruited and Celeb Sons that play football. I will also Add Transfers who aren't playing this year.

John Gruden hired as 49ers Head coach



Long Beach State has found their coach and what a hire it was. Today Long Beach State AD Loyed Carr was quick to make an impact by hiring Former Tampa Bay head coach and MNF Analyst John Gruden. Gruden had shown up for an interview and impressed Loyed Carr. After meeting with a few more people he made the choice to hire him. "At the End of the day John was the type of coach who could help this Program. I've seen his work and I know that he's the type of guy who I would want to coach these Kids and make sure they get through College and help the future of this Program." Those were words from Loyed Carr after announcing the Hire. John Gruden was not avalible for hire but is scheduled to have a Press Conference tomarrow to talk about his plans. John Gruden led the Tampa Bay Bucs to a Super Bowl win over the Raiders in 2003. This will surely bring headlines to this program.

2 Key players Transfers to The Beach

Bryce Brown (Left) and Bobby Boucher (Right) Are key adds to the Long Beach Football team.

Long Beach State looks like that will catch alot of peoples attention. First they hire John Gruden as their head coach. Now they will have two players who can make huge Impacts on the Long Beach team this year. Today Bryce Brown and Bobby Boucher have decided to Transfer to Long Beach State. Bryce Brown was a Running Back at Tennessee where he played his freshman year but left the program after one year. We was due to go to Kansas State but it was announced that he would Transfer to LBST. Bobby Boucher also played a year but at the Division 2 level. Boucher was a highly talented MLB at SCLSU. Both have signed NCAA wavers and will be able to play this Season.

Florida St and Long Beach State to Open Up the Season



The Beach have found their first Major Opponet for thr 2010 Season. Today both Florida St and Long Beach St announced that the two teams will play each other to open up the season. "This is a great chance to show what the program can do. This is our chance to show the nation what Long Beach St can do." That was from Loyed Carr when he made the announcement on LBST website. This will catch peoples eyes indeed. Florida St is a big time Program in the ACC and for Long Beach to play a team like that the 49ers will have to bring their A game.
