Re: is the NCAA 11 draft import system broken?

There's a couple threads on this already but to tell you the truth I haven't found a good work around yet. I took an OS users tip and tried editing players attributes at the end of each season which worked okay. It wasn't perfect but I managed to get Locker and Royster drafted in the first round. Some of their attributes were still jacked up though...

Problem is I don't have the patience to edit rosters so I gave up on that. Sidenote: despite editing the ratings potential still seemed to be randomly assigned. Which was frustrating to say the least.

Now my biggest frustration with the NCAA imported classes is actually having players get random equipment. It was really annoying having QBs with robots, CBs with full facemasks, etc. For whatever reason the equipment players were wearing in NCAA don't translate to Madden. Then again this is EA so it doesn't surprise me necessarily.

Anyways, I've been using the Madden generated classes since NCAA importing is broken. What I'll do every now and again is edit Madden generated players and change their names to reflect real players. I.E. After my first draft I saw the first QB taken happened to be white... I edited him to reflect Jake Locker. Not a great solution but better than the NCAA draft classes.
