No matter how many hit batters I've seen in this game, I've yet to see the batter rush the mound. Please tell me...is it in the game?

Yes it is in the game, the batter rushes to the mound with the catcher trying to stop him then the video cuts and says the pitcher is ejected from the game. (Broadcast Presentation)

Well sort of.
You will not see a bench clearing brawl. You won't even see it get more heated than that cut scene.
The MLB will simply not allow it in a game. I'm surprised that cut scene made it in.
Remember the snot rocket scene from '08-'09. They didn't like that one at all and I believe SCEA was asked to and did remove it.
The MLB is very particular to "it's" product.

It's not that entertaining or anything like that. The MVP series had the best scene for charging the mound, but after MVP 04, the MLB asked them to tone it way down.

I always wondered why only the pitcher gets ejected in the game for charging the mound? At the very least you would think both should.....

I would love to see suspensions added like High Heat had.

At what point in this game does a pitcher get tossed for beaning batters? I just played a game where Brandon Webb hit two batters and still wasn't tossed. (Yes it was me and no, neither were intentional.)

In certain modes he can't get tossed, or when he is the last pitcher available. Other than that if you keep hitting players the pitcher will get ejected.

3 or 4 hit batsmen would do. After 1st ejection, 2 might suffice.

tabarnes I believe there has to be an obvious intention to hit by the pitcher for him to get tossed, but the act of charging the mound, whether beaned on purpose/not on purpose/thrown behind, gets the batter ejected all the time.

I have had the cpu charge the mound numerous times and have yet to see a batter ejected. It should be automatic.

same here. I have yet to see the batter be ejected, either for myself or the cpu.
