Totally agree with the roster, but being that you are the new coach, it will be good for you to be able to recruit in the type of players that fit your style. Even with the graduation of half your O-Line you still have some pretty decent rated players.

My O-Line at BSU graduates this year and my top reserves are rated in the 60's so I go from having a 98 Left Takle to a 68 and a 96 rated Center to a 66.

And when my 99 WR left last year (Pettis) I had to replace him with a 69 Overall.

I agree, I figured I'd like a change in conference and scenery. It's going to be a tough task but I think I can do it, luckily most of my players are Juniors so my prospects will be able to get up some overall. Also, I think I can make the step from 3* to 4* and 5*, I haven't signed a 5* recruit yet but I've signed quite a few 4* recruits.

Oh yeah I definitely agree about that, I'll be going after players who fit my type of play big time. I've got a Freshman QB right now who I'll be able to use for the following 4 seasons and I'm already getting used to him. I'm definitely stacked at Running Back with 3 80 overall Juniors.

Oh wow, that's definitely going to hurt the team a lot. The only reason my kicker is 87 overall is because I replaced my 69 overall kicker with the punter. As of now I've got a few 60 overall positions but they aren't very important ones (such as fullback which I rarely use.)
