"Attribute Caps: In an effort to make each Playstyle mean more, we are enforcing attribute caps on players this year. An example of what this means is a Defensive PG might have a max stealing attribute of 99 while a Shoot First PG might have a max stealing attribute of 80. This is going to pay off when you you’re playing My Player Pick-Up games. In 2K10, without attribute caps, this would mean that you might be playing against a 7’2 center that had a ballhandling rating of 99. That’s not realistic and not an experience we want you to encounter."

Totally agree with that .
Just like NBA 09 The life was, all games should have something like this .
I am very sure we will be able to change the sound of out players .
I, for one, does not want to hear a white guy with a black guys voice

This year I am more excited to play My Player than last year. Everything sounds phenomenal loving the overall immersion and upgrade in polish and presentation. Also hoping for a realistic practice mode ("We talking about practice. Not a game not a game. Practice. What are we talking about? practice") during your carreer. Where how well you do in practice and scrimmages determines playing time. Hopefully that ends up being the case. The post game press conference is a thing of beauty though.

EDIT: I guess that it will give us options to select our player type of voices right?

they said on 2k that it is only for the preview an that in the game they wont be blurred

I spent little time with the mode last year, but this insight really has me excited for the game. I'm a little curious about how the cap limits will work though, what if i want to remake Magic Johnson. He's a 6'9 guy, am i still going to be able to get a good dribbling rating?

All I can say is wow.

This is definitely how you execute promotion a new game and its features.

2k will have to really slip up on something (poor servers) to not come out with Sports Game of the Year. And even then, it may still win hands down.

At least from their promotion, 2k11 may be the best upgrade of a solid, previous iteration (2k10) that I've seen in a long time.
