That's never been how in-season progression has worked in the past. A feature that only works for User teams and not CPU teams is not a feature, but a cheat. It's no better than the "boosters" in Dynasty mode.
I'd be shocked if EA suddenly changed the way that in-season progression works after implementing the same feature for a decade, but it appears that way given the comments from PS3 users.
Russ... if you're out there... can you please explain HOW in-season progression works. Does it happen for simulated games/seasons? Does it happen for CPU controlled teams?
I'm sure a lot of dynasty mode gamers won't like the feature if it is essentially another boost for the User in a Dynasty mode that has always been too easy to dominate.
