Re: Half Length Suggestion?
I play 10 mins and i'm pretty sure i've read lots of ppl saying they play 10 mins. You'll probably wan't to put it on slow speed to get the most accurate "sim" stats. I've also tried 15 mins and if you play more "realistic" (midfield controlling possession), you'll prob get real stats too.San Francisco 49ers

Re: Half Length Suggestion?
Wow! 10 min :| I play 4 or 5 min half at World Class and the results are realistic, sometimes I win with 1-0,2-0,2-1 etc or draw or even lose
. But Im just curious what kind of realistic stats are you guys looking for?

Re: Half Length Suggestion?
I interpret "realistic" stats as 5~15 shots on goal per team. 2~4 yellow cards (ehh, per team and/or total i suppose). And scores that are dependent on the teams playing. I.e. 3-0 or 4-1 is ok if it's an elite team vs. a scrub team, but maybe 1-0, 2-1 for evenly matched teams.
You really can score 2 goals in 8 total minutes all the time? On World Class? Man, I need some lessons! I'm a bit streaky. I've scored 6 goals one game (10 min halfs) then the next game i score 1 or 0. All depends on my competition/(un)luck of the CPU.San Francisco 49ers

Re: Half Length Suggestion?
It's on you actually, some love to establish the play (10+ mins), some like just to play the game in 4 minutes, and some like me like to play 7-8 minutes per half in legend difficulty. It's pretty realistic if you know how to play FIFA like it should be played.Comment

Re: Half Length Suggestion?
I took this suggestion (most likely yours) a few month back while I was playing FIFA WC and have not looked back. To me, as I have been learning a more build-up style of play, I find this setting ideal. When I was ignorant to the game the default of 6 minutes would suffice. The games typically involved me sprinting all over the pitch looking for breakaways and have players exhausted in the closing minutes of the match. Not anymore.Comment

Re: Half Length Suggestion?
lol. i know what your thinking but in the PC version you can actually have 45 minute halves with continuous clock and stoppage time. it's real good once you balance the gameplay. i see people are talking about whether to do 6, 8 or 10 minute halves and here i am playing a full match!Comment

Re: Half Length Suggestion?
Yes I can, hehe. When Im playing against the low tier teams in de league even more, but I always use Ajax (no surprise) and the scored more than 100 goals in the league IRL with a goal difference of +80somehing.I interpret "realistic" stats as 5~15 shots on goal per team. 2~4 yellow cards (ehh, per team and/or total i suppose).
