Your both right. When I was in my early 20's being single was awesome. About mid twenties it got old. Now I am 31 and have been marred 6 years and couldn't imagine how I did it being single. I can't even sleep good when my wife is gone for the night. Both life styles defiantly have their perk's. 6 years is a long time to get good at certain things. Wink Wink.

Oh, wait we were talking about the updates. Has anyone tried them to see if they work right?

Lol... Ironically, I am 32. Still loving teh single life. For now.... I must admit it is getting old.

But I digress. How is this patch working for teh 360?

I have never really had trouble with PA. You just have to get rid of the ball faster. I am pretty successful normally with PA. I didn't try that out yet to see if it is improved. I read the PS3 guys say it was better.

Sorry. I disagree. Having "relations" guaranteed a couple times a week is far better than hoping and praying for "relations" someday.

PA pass works well for me. I was playing as Iowa against Michigan and had 2 LB's bite on the PA leaving my TE wide open.

So far from what I seen, the cpu takes a lot of shots down field now. Which is a good thing. Robinson got me for a 49 yard TD pass over the middle. Over all during the game he tried to go deep on me about 10 times, only completed 4 of those passes though.

I am so glad I am single and have never had kids. All that sweet, sweet time all to myself to play as many video games as I choose.

No wife and kids gonna hold back my free time!!! Lol...

Good defenders can cover in man, bad ones can't. LBs out there who are on WRs are going to get torched unless they have good skills.

Not me. I help her with somethings because I want to but she is a stay at home mom, so she gets that stuff done. I have it about as good as it gets. Plus we are working on having another baby. So, I am pretty set for now.

Yeah zone definitely works now. And LB's get burnt by WR's and fast TE's. About the only players LB's can hang with now is FB's, slow TE's and slow RB's. Seeing the cpu offense run trick plays more often now and doing more zone blitzes now, instead of the normal blitzing LB's up the middle all the time. Now they mix it up.

For the 1st time ever I got sacked by a CB zone blitz. Caught me off guard because all the LB's came up on the line and I thought they were going to blitz up the middle, but they fell back into zone and the CB's came from both sides.

Sure I got sacked, but it was a thing of beauty.

This made me laugh out loud, because I know EXACTLY how you feel lol.....I try to tend to my wife's needs until she falls asleep......then I go turn on the 360...erases the guilt lol

Im your age..same way, no kids, no wife..I finally stopped dating different girls and having bed buddies and got a girlfriend. Just make sure yours is tolerant of video games. Mine likes to play with me, and I got pretty lucky. She does not like sportsgames though, but you can't win them all. I don't play video games nearly as much anymore and just buy 3-4 a year nowadays.

Can't wait to see how the patch works..I just got the game, so the timing is good for me.

I've been married over 20 years and I'll second what the OP said ... family life (especially kids) FAR outweighs ANY pleasure that can be had from ANY video game! Now that said ... I can't wait to get in some NCAA time tonight!!! heehee

Yeah, family is a must. Last thing I'd want when I keel over dead is a bunch of leaches taking my possessions and a tombstone saying "He liked Video Games."

Basically, just substitute Scrooge's counting his money with an old Geezer playing video games his whole life and thats what will happen if you forego family for the high life.

Of course, once I tuck the family in bed tonight, NCAA here I come...

Okay, no more!! I am home, and I am ready to see how this patch is working. Seems like the 360 version does not have the problems the PS3 version has. Maybe it is a good thing we had to wait.
