    The Connection to your opponent has been lost

    Right now I can't get into any online games in OTP. From the lobby, after I select the game I want, the screen stays blank for a few minutes, then either finishes with "The connection to your opponent lost" or that it's no longer available: "The Game Session is no longer available".

    Is this an EA server issue? I've gone back to Dashboard and restarted the game several times so I relogin to the EA servers, but it doesn't help. This has been happening off and on since yesterday after downloading the new tuner set.

    Is anyone else experiencing this?

    I'm concerned because the games list 9 of 12 players, so it appears that people are connecting games, except me.

      Also if I try to create my own session, it says "EA Servers are not available at this time". So... hopefully it IS the EA servers...

          hmm... i fixed it by signing out of XBL, and resigning in. Weird. Some sort of communication issue between XBL and EA Servers.

              Same thing has been happening to me on the PS3, playing HUT online. Like you said, logging out then logging in fixes it but it is an inconvenience.
