Just bumped into a weird glitch. Rondo was fouled while shooting. They called the shooting foul on rondo and gave gasol the free throws.Comment

Re: NBA 2K11 Demo Available Now, Impressions and Discussion Here (360,PS3)
Just played a game and executed a move that had me jump off my chair.....Had Kobe in the post against Allen on the wing, hit the "b" button for a pass fake and (out of the post) Kobe executed a "Jordanesque" ball fake with one hand pump to his right side, Allen bit and I pulled off a fadeaway jumper.....Money! Wish I had that on video. Damn that was sweetness!!!
On another note (I searched the thread before bringing this up and didn't see anything)....Is it just me or does anyone else notice a delay in the time it takes to grab an offensive rebound and the time it takes to put the ball back up under the basket? I'm grabbing offensive boards, pressing the shot stick (have also tried the shoot button) and the player isn't responding immediately to the command...It's like there's a 1-2 second delay in the time it takes to put the shot up. Kinda frustrating.Comment

Yea its on default pro- so..dont' expect much like every shot with kobe is nearly likely to go in...don't know why they did that but i guess it it'll appeal to those who are not sim and to a wider audience but just by playing the game i get the feeling simulation hall of fame..will be..RE-ADYComment

Re: NBA 2K11 Demo Available Now, Impressions and Discussion Here (360,PS3)
It all depends on how you play.
If you pumpfake a lot I've heard it can get pretty easy to score.
I've never been one to do that so I would know.
Shooting percentages might be a tad high.
2k11's D seems a lot smarter though. Pick and Roll D is ton's better and help D seems to be a lot more consistent and strong.Comment

How do you spin to the basket from post position BEFORE dribbling? I want to catch the rock with my back to the basket and spin to the basket before dribbling...is this possible and how?Comment

Lay off turbo... I get separation simply by moving away from the defender when they are on the backfoot and shoot a momentum jumper in that direction.Rocket Fuel.Comment

How sim do you think the PRO difficulty with DEFAULT gamestyle should be? If you're not getting more dunks here than you should be, then that's a problem. Don't expect the defaults to be totally sim. We're already see nuff trepidation about getting passes picked. I think this is as designed. The game has more "sim" than what you're seeing in the demo.
Maybe. I'm not seeing many passes being picked or defensive plays in general though. Also not seeing much fouling either, only 2 total (1 shot foul) in 5+ games. Off ball movement as well is still non existent every now and then. Things like that may not differ much between levels. We'll see.Comment
