I'm trying now to replicate the first vid, but as for the 2nd video, to perform that move i back down dribble using both triggers as stated before, then use the left stick to show the direction you want to head, then release the back down buttons, the animation will look almost exactly like arroyo's, just not as swift because well... that would be real life lolComment

1. Yes you can do that type of move in the game.
2. You can from a post up..Last edited by Jano; 09-14-2010, 07:44 PM.Comment

? PS3 graphics for a PS3 exclusive are far superior to 360, but cross platformers yes 360 will win a lot of the time.Comment

ok...played a few games of the ps3 demo....my initial impressions are that the controls are not that much improved...they are improved, but not drastically from 2k10. I would describe it as a tweaking more than an overhaul.Comment

ive only played three times, but I'm not as geeked as you guys yet, but the crowd noise doesn't bother you it's so annoying to me. its like a kid yelling goal and never stopping.Comment

Re: NBA 2K11 Demo Available Now, Impressions and Discussion Here (360,PS3)
Cool. I'm hoping we pull off the type of spin KB did in that first vid without picking up the dribble. It was in 2k10, I can't think of a good reason for it to be taken out. I haven't seen that type of velocity and compactness in the spins I've done while maintaining the dribble.I'm trying now to replicate the first vid, but as for the 2nd video, to perform that move i back down dribble using both triggers as stated before, then use the left stick to show the direction you want to head, then release the back down buttons, the animation will look almost exactly like arroyo's, just not as swift because well... that would be real life lolComment

Re: NBA 2K11 Demo Available Now, Impressions and Discussion Here (360,PS3)
Does the whole ai abysmal thing matter i mean at the end of the day are you going to do that in a real game..are you going to pull a man from another just to see if the ai f's up..thats a cheese move..it dosen't matter because no one in the nba would do it in real life and the probablity of the player shooting or passing it is random so please........GET OVER ITComment

Re: NBA 2K11 Demo Available Now, Impressions and Discussion Here (360,PS3)
Man I dont have the free time to make a video right now.. Maybe this weekend
PS3 is okay... im not sure what guys are expecting... the graphics are brighter and the players have that white halo like glow on them so the 360 looks more colored saturated which is good for the 360
Sound is awesome on my system for both game systems so thats a wash
AI is the same... very smart.. see some of the same plays being ran like the KG elbow post up
I dont think anyone is missing anything reallyComment

Don't know what this kid talking about...you must not go to real basketball games cause the crowd is usally that loud i mean its only about 18,000 people in the stadium. SOn what do you think you at a birthday party or something of course its going to be loud. The whole goal thing i can't respond becausei haven't heared that in the game maybe its only on the ps3 versionComment

As far as the sound goes guys, in my opinion (wearing Turtle Beaches while playing):
The sound is really good, you can hear the ball bounce every time, compared to 2k10 where it would stop making the dribble noise out of nowhere. You can hear players talking pretty well and the crowd says things every 5 or so seconds that just compliment the overall enjoyment of the game.Comment

One of the Burnout games was developed for PS3 first and looked much better on PS3. It's really all about which system the developers spend most of their time on. For sports games (and most titles), its 360 because of the tight development schedule.Comment
