Don't want him. Thomas and Banks can contribute on ST. Armstrong seems to have something with McNabb. That leaves Ro. Williams, maybe but he played his way on the team. Houshamazilly is productive but i don't like him here.

Above Average but Far From Great (AABFFG) players who sign huge contracts and get cut for being AABFFG tend to sign for very reasonable deals and prove to be...well AABFFG.Comment

if they get him it will be at the expense of roydell. i think it would be a nice move. tj is not a deep threat, but that isn't what they need him to be. they need him to make the tough 8 yard catch on 3rd and 7, which is what he excells at. i think it would be a great pickup personally. he is not a BIG wr, but he is bigger than the guys they got, and tougher too. i say go for it, especially since you can get him for the minimum since the 'hawks are on the hook for the difference up to his 7 million guaranteed. that being said, i bet he goes to the vikings. they said they aren't interested "at this time". next week after game 1 when his salary isn't guaranteed for the entire season i think they will be interested "at that time"...Comment

Haven't been back in here for a while, sorry. So who would've won anyway (he's on the practice squad... is that a push?). I still think Shanny loves the kid and his problem is with staying healthy. If he stays healthy I think he'll be on the 53 at some point this year unless somebody snags him before it can happen.
I don't know much about Bryant's situation but the Bengals had turned the corner on TO and went BACK to sign him... everything about that story makes it seem that Bryant's injury is worse than we're being led to believe.
Jackson's probably not going anywhere until close to the trade deadline. He wants too much money and the Bolts aren't going to give him away. Also, if he is forced to sit 6 games instead of the 3 then teams won't be in a rush.Comment

They beat Dallas and it is a ghost town around here. I think at this early stage in the season Houston will be a tough game for our D. But the offense could shine some.
