Anybody else worried about shot percentages? Can anybody who has played the full game comment on that?

Re: NBA 2K11 Demo Available Now, Impressions and Discussion Here (360,PS3)
Well it's on Pro so that's why both team's shot percentages are so high. I'm sure once you get the game you can set the difficulty higher and it won't be so high.Greatest Franchise Ever

What's your beef with shot percentages? Are they too high or too low for you?
Personally, I'm happy with the shot percentages. With good defense, I'm able to hold the Celtics to under 5 points each time I play. When I play sloppy and lazy, they are able to score a lot more. To me, you can't ask for anything more than that - field goal percentages that are actually determined by defensive intensity and not some other artificial factor.Last edited by Mos1ted; 09-18-2010, 05:59 PM.According to my old marketing professor, satisfaction is when product performance meets or exceeds consumer expectation.Comment

You also have the ability to direct where the screener goes after he sets the screen (roll in a particular direction, pop out, etc), but I haven't perfected this control yet.Last edited by Mos1ted; 09-18-2010, 06:15 PM.According to my old marketing professor, satisfaction is when product performance meets or exceeds consumer expectation.Comment

Amazing. They captured Gasol's All-Star caliber flopping perfectly.Found this video showing moving screens, and thought I'd post it here...

For a moment there, I thought 2K Gasol wasn't soft.Comment

You can post it in here.I think I may have found a pretty bad glitch, I hope its just because of the demo, but if not this needs to be addressed...I don't want to expose it here, and it doesn't happen every time I have tried it, but its consitent enough...
If a mod or a higher up pm's me I will tell what it is.

Re: NBA 2K11 Demo Available Now, Impressions and Discussion Here (360,PS3)
I feel like if I put a little effort into getting a decent shot, I can hit almost anything with Kobe. I've had several games where he went perfect from the field or close to it, even with taking some very difficulty fadeaways. On the other side of the court, it's the opposite, as Ray Ray will miss too often if I leave him wide open. What's your beef with shot percentages? Are they too high or too low for you?

Re: NBA 2K11 Demo Available Now, Impressions and Discussion Here (360,PS3)
Oh yeah, from that aspect I feel what you're saying. It does feel like I can score at will with Kobe, especially with the fadeaway. Hopefully, that has more to do with the difficulty level and gamestyle. If I see that same stuff on Simulation/Hall of Fame, then I'll be concerned.I feel like if I put a little effort into getting a decent shot, I can hit almost anything with Kobe. So has anyone encountered the supposed banking three pointer glitch? I want to hear from people that do NOT have a history of hating on the game and have been here longer than six months. No offense to the new folks...

Re: NBA 2K11 Demo Available Now, Impressions and Discussion Here (360,PS3)
I've seen it several times and it a bit worries me: I've seen both Ray Allen and Paul Pierce giving up wide open shots (even wide open easy layups) and just dribbing around. Maybe it's because of the "Pro" level, I don't know, I hope that's the reason.
Has anyone seen this?My Specs:

Yeah, I'm optimistic as well. That's why I was hoping somebody who has played the full game can comment on the issue.Oh yeah, from that aspect I feel what you're saying.
