Can't get Madden Moments LIVE to work

I have restarted Madden like 40 times, deleted and redownloaded the Madden Moments LIVE crap another 40 times and I always receive this message: "In order to play Madden Moments LIVE, you need to restart Madden NFL 11."

I would contact EA. I've received great technical support from them over the years.

I'm getting the same problem....I thought maybe it was because I transfered my stuff from my old hard drive to a new drive so I formatted the new drive and still have the problem

I don't understand why it is doing this, it worked fine on my old Xbox.

Same here...It's only been a problem since I got the new xbox...It's frustrating as hell...between friday and yesterday I've deleted and reinstalled the madden moments so many times I lost count

Have you tried to see if it works on your old console?

I can't, traded it in on the new xbox

Oh, that sucks. I tried to talk to EA online chat and they couldn't help at all.

Well I just tried it on my old Xbox and it gives me the same message.

What I believe the problem is that when I bought my new 360 I had to take it back and exchange it for another one but when I got it home I did the license transfer and all my DLC is tied to that console that I returned. So I had to call MS and have them do a manual license transfer, which can take up to 10 days .

So if you haven't transferred your license over to your new console that might be the problem.

So long as your connected that shouldnt be an issue, but I think it is the issue.

Im house sitting for my mom. She has a 360 for the grand kinds. I bring madden over with my mem unit for my profile and all that. Download madden moments live. Download patch.

Cant play BCA games or madden moments live. Have tried a number of variations of deleting this and re-downloading that. No fix. Have searched numerous sites and threads - I see a few complaints, but no fix. I havent found any official acknowledgement from EA, and I am contemplating contacting their support, though I have a feeling that will be laughable.

Anyone got any advise? The same type garbage happened last year to my madden with the AFL DLC.

I am having the exact same problem.

I have been getting an error message when I try to start my Madden Moments Live on XBOX360 Madden 11

It says I must restart the game in order to play Madden Moments so I have tried numerous times to restart the game, I have cleared my cache and restarted and redownloaded the content but nothing seems to work.

When I try to play Madden Moments it immediately says that I need to restart it.

There was a blog posting on EA's message board too but no response. THIS SUX PLEASE HELP
