- Auto-Generated Portraits: For those of you who play many years into Association, you will recall from last year that all generated players had silhouettes for their portraits. Aside from being unsightly, this really draws you away from the authentic feel of being in the NBA. In NBA 2K11, ALL generated players will have auto-generated portraits that will 100% resemble the physical appearance of the player. No longer will you have a league full of players who have silhouettes as portraits!

YES!! I was hoping they would fix this. The silhouettes as portraits does take away from the authenticity. Glad they added this!

Noticed however, the draft picture has a silhouette as a portrait?? hmmmm.. will this be fixed?

Gotta say this is how I feel too.

I hope all the 2K guys feel pretty good about themselves when they read OS, and better yet, I hope the sales reflect the quality of the product they are giving to the consumer. The consumer they listen to and aim to please with going above and beyond.

I wish this was the norm across companies

Can someone please tell me if you put legends in the mode will they retire the next year?

since players have an age but no birth date there´s very little chance of that being the case of becoming an issue.
The problem with shared draft classes last year was due to them being brought into the game-world afterwards.

Wow great read and thanks 2k for all your trying to do to make a great game and make your fans happy. This is either going to be the best sports game around or *and I hope not* a great game with the most irritating bugs and glitches around till a patch comes out. Really hope it has gone through serious quality control to make any problems minimal. But either way its no doubt 2k has put in SERIOUS work and is trying to make not only the best Basketball game but best Sports Game ever.
