No idea why they messed with kickoffs, messing around with Redskins vs. Steelers, returned 2 of the 4 kickoffs in the game so far for TD's :| It was easy enough before so this might get a bit ridiculous.

Played 49ers vs. Cards and Derek Anderson looked like Derek Anderson. The run game has also been toned down a lot.

the game speeds seem fixed.....ie playing on very slow once again seems very slow

Before the patch with fast players like Desean Jackson could already return one nearly every game. Sucks they made it easier.

Kinda bummed, actually.

Just played a game, but if anything the pass defense seems a little weaker.

No fix for the cut-short replays on PS3s.

Gameflow seems a little weirder. It just gave me pass after pass after pass. I know I'm pass heavy but 429 yards passing against 10 rushing in a game?

Kick returns a little easier... I guess that's it.

In my all madden franchise I haven't noticed any change. All madden is still unrealistic bc of the infinite big plays and broken tackles!!!

here is something new i discovered post patch the EA Has Added the Colts 1955 Throwback with the blue helmets in the game the one they wore in the preseason this year

but still no chargers powder blue alternate which is the only current uniform still missing from madden thanks

my run game has been toned down, the computers run game seems better, go figure.

It's odd, but earlier today for the first time ever I returned a KO for TD in my franchise... no patch download, nothing.

no fix for the sock glitch about half the teams have in the uniform select screen? they add alternate uniforms but the ones on the disc don't work right?

So I played one game with Patch 1.03. Here is what I noticed:

• The pass defense is a little better. It seems like defenders react quicker to passes now. You still have to call the right plays or else your D will get lit up.
• Broken tackles have decreased dramatically. It seemed like almost every first hit was a tackle.
• Play-Action blocking is greatly improved. I do not have to scramble immediately after faking the handoff now.
• Run defense seems to have improved a little as well.
• Kick returns are more or less the same as before. However, it does seem like you can get more yards now. For example, instead of reaching the 15-20, you can get to the 25-30 now.
• The Kick Meter seems to have slowed down just a little bit. The speed is still dependent on the Kicker's ratings and the difficulty.

Overall, the game seems to play much better with the new patch.

I have played a couple of games and they seem to have fixed or atleast toned down the annoying throw while being sacked animation.

I did play against Jason Campbell & Vince Young who arn't the best QBs in the world but so far im liking the changes, game feels like its not broken.

They should really release the games in this state rather then make us suffer for a month through glitches and terrible AI & player interactions
