Now I'm not saying Elite is better than the "other" game but it is it's own game, and I feel we need to treat it as such this year and maybe next as not a contender for a basketball sim, but as an all out fun game to play. I'm still getting both games this year like always and when I need a break from all the worrying about running an offense, setting up rotations and all the other sim stuff, I will pop in Elite and have a good time with it. One more note, I believe this is the same way people felt about NHL 07 when they changed the game up and I believe some people (writers, reviewers, web sites) Called it the sports game of the year in 2010!!! Just keep that in mind for Elite.

I have no problem with that but they should call it like it is and take out all mention of a NBA simulation in their marketing - and if people still want to buy it knowing that - then more power to EA and the buyer. But then again, I thought that was what NBA Jam was for.
