Glad to see my Lakers at #1 over Miami (as they should be). As far as my 2nd team (Bobcats) they will definitely be relying on solid defense this year, digitally and in real life...NBA
Charlotte HORNETS
NFL
Carolina Panthers
College
Carolina Tar Heels
Won't change until:
1) Hornets win a playoff game
2) Panthers win a Super Bowl
3) Tar Heels win another championship (Completed: 4/3/2017)

Re: NBA 2K11 Screenshots: Team Ratings
why? who should be #1??? Lakers got 2 of the best perimeter defenders in the league....and plus the lakers were first in the league last year and opposing team points....so why should they be second?....to me...they should be first in all categories...Comment

Moe24: Sporting the Lakers icon, says the Lakers should be first in everything, then comments on bench depth...
Why does this have to be so complicated? Doesn't ESPN rank defenses and offenses? Shouldn't they be moderately close? I mean, I get that the Lakers added Matt Barnes. But they were the 5th most efficient defense last year. Does Barnes really catapult them to #1?Comment

Re: NBA 2K11 Screenshots: Team Ratings
And the mighty Lakers are ranked fifth in opponent field goal percentage, which is a good barometer of team defense. With points allowed, you could slow down the pace like the Cavs used to do when Fratello coached (Pre-LeBron).Does a cheetah stretch before it chases its prey?

Not sure if this was directed toward me, but it is was, that's what I said in my post, except for point differential.Does a cheetah stretch before it chases its prey?

Re: NBA 2K11 Screenshots: Team Ratings
I was basically agreeing with you because u brought up a good point about Fratello's Cavs of the 90s and how they were considered a "good defensive team." I agreed with what you said, and simply added the point differential part.Comment
