Wow, 2k is really doing it all this year. Whats most impressive is every new feature is done so well. This halftime show looks great. Its well done, and very believable! Nice job 2k. I actually preordered this game yesterday. First time Ive pre ordered a game in 5 years.

For me, based on videos and the demo, this might be the best sports game Ive ever played. I may even put it over my all time favorite nfl 2k5.

I hope the Association Halftime Report gives some stats and info about the other games and not just a schedule lineup.

Makes me wonder, when the real season is going on will the game generate footage depending on what has happened in the real NBA, you know... if Vince Carter had a good half in a home game will the game generate virtual Vince and gives the story of whats really happening

I'm certain that won't happen. You'd have to unload the game you're playing. Load in the assets for the game to be talked about, generate the action and replay it... Wow. I doubt anyone could do that efficiently.

As for comparisons to 2K5, isn't the only thing missing a virtual Chris Berman? Otherwise, it's pretty much the same, right?

I know this is not important, I hope in 2k12 they show highlights in brodcast view like we watch it on tv.

I'd like this too.

The halftime presentation isn't bad, but I was hoping for highlights around the league as well.

I can't really complain though. Good job 2K.

Small gripe but comon 2K, at least say what the losing team is struggling with, not praising what they are doing right. It's not accurate of how a real presentation works, so I have no clue why they would do that. The upcoming matchups are a snoozer too, at least have a boxscore of some of the games played that day so we know what else is going on around the league. No one cares about upcoming matchups.

Overall the halftime show gets a 4/10

Kinda hard to show a box score from a previous or current game when the season hasn't even started yet. This was an NBA today game, meaning it's supposed to follow the NBA...today. As of today, the NBA season has not started.

It's showing you the NBA opening day matchups, the only matchups it knows at the moment. Who knows how it'll work once it has some actual content to work with.

During the season, will the boxscores be real life ones. Like if a game happened already(or is currently happening) while you're at the halftime report, will it show the scores from that game that's done already or is currently being played? If so, that'd make it so much better

The hand position on the follow through is exactly the same if you pause it. Looks pretty good.

Just did a quick comparison of Curry`s set jumper at the same angle, looks very good! Paused on the follow through and it was spot on.
