Re: Where to buy authentic Ncaa Jerseys?

Generally, no. They're extremely difficult to find. You have to remember that since most universities have the player's name on the back, selling souvenir authentic jerseys is a no-no as that would be profiting off of a player's likeness (against NCAA rules). Most companies, like Nike, don't bother to make the $250 authentic version of a jersey with only a player's number that will be there a couple of years available to the public, instead knowing that people would rather buy the new $50 one every time a team gets a new star player.

Here in Arkansas, I have seen a couple of fully stitched ones near campus that have simply omitted the player name on the back. I honestly don't own one and never examined one, but I would guess that they might be counterfeits. I do remember hearing about being able to order authentic customized jerseys before (so I could shell out $300 for one with #15 and customize it to say Mallett on the back), but I couldn't find it for the life of me just now. Generally game-worn is the way to go if you want a true jersey, though beware of counterfeits of those.

Maybe somebody else has an idea of where to find some.
