Good move by EA honestly...Elite wasnt ready and it showed.....Now if EA would smarten up and get rid of Moore, many great things would follow.

I would tell them to put it off a whole year and skip right to Elite 12.

2k11 is a monster this year. No sense releasing a game that from what I'm hearing is half broken.

Well...I am disappointed...yes it is an "incomplete" game but I was having fun with it and was looking forward to giving the devs tons of feedback to help it improve...what does this mean for NBA Jam? I guess they just sit on the 360 and PS3 versions until Elite is ready?

We will start with a new roster update so you get all the players for the new season, free of charge. We will also provide free Dynamic DNA updates, daily, for the entire season. That’s a full season of basketball with new rosters and updates, free.

That's big news there. I think I may be able to find someone who will give me Live 10, so that'll be my "second game".

I still really like this move. I just wonder how the graphics will look on the new rookies.

smart move by them i know it hurts them to do it but that was smart cause no matter what kinda patches they but out for elite nothing was gonna help it aginst 2k11 so they might as well start over an build up some more drama an hype an see what happens ......

Seems like the right decision. More time doesn't necessarily mean a better game. I just hope the next time the game is set for release we're not told to feel the game and wait for a demo that only confirms what everyone was saying about the game in the first place.

I guess we'll see.
