First Weekend online..What a horrible experience

If only I get get into a game once in a while. I get stuck at loading 3 time out of 4. I have a friend that work at EA in Vancouver and I know he is working hard. I want to be considerate of all the works that has been done by NHL 11 dev team but the online server this weekend are just awful. While I am typing. I have been waiting for 10 min with a loading screen when I took the "Drop-in" game option..

Before anyone start, I am a qualify network specialist so I have tested my setup thoroughly.

Just a note : When I try to create a session I get :

"The EA Servers are not available at this time. Please try again Later"

Not sure what is going on with yours, but I haven't had a single problem getting into club, drop-in, or any other online mode. I played over 20 games this weekend and not a single problem.

I am not sure. I was able to play on Saturday a few Online Team play but Sunday after 3pm I started to have trouble. My connection seems to be fine so I am not sure.

I still get the GAMERTAG error on PS3 about half the time I search for a ranked game.

Trying again the "Drop-in Game" option. Loading for the past 7 minutes. This is plain awful. It's the only game that I own where I cannot play online. I can play any other EA or none EA game online.

yeah i can't get in an online game either, i'm on the loading screen forever.... sucks i just got the game today as wanting to get some online action tonight... seems like ea forums are down as well... anyone know whats up?

i havent played OTP or a versus game online yet. but i have been playin HUT and my connection is fine when im playing online. ive had no problems what so ever.

I saw the note on the EA ticker last night that the server would be down this morning at 6AM EST for a few minutes and I knew that they must have heard you. Hope it helped.
