I'm Going with The LeBron-Less Cleveland Cavaliers. I'm going to try to dump Antawn Jamison and Mo Williams for prospects and draft picks. Try to draft an athletic PF. Think of an Amare Stoudemire's Athetic ability and Dirk Nowitzki's Shooting Abilty. He's going to have a headband, Padded Right Elbow Band(White). A shoulder sleeve(white) on the left shoulder and a left wristband(white) He's gonna be the face of the Cleveland Cavaliers!

Using Minnesota for a long-term Association. I'll probably wait until someone creates a draft class file, so I can insert a CAP of Rubio into it. Might screw some poor team over and steal an additional draft pick via trade override to get him.

I'll use every team, but I'll use my Celtics the most and I will run a Celtics association as usual.

I'm thinking of doing a dual association (controlling 2 teams), to have my Celtics then a young team to build up. I may not, though, because that's too many games per year and I'd rather not sim half the schedule. If I end up doing this, though, my second team would more than likely be Sacramento.
