There is no rating for or ability to regain balance as a ball carier. Some backs may not break a tackle but will recover from a hit and start running again and madden has yet to add the element of being able to regain balance. Also you often see backs trying to get first downs when knock off balance will just dive and extend the ball while falling down. But before madden could even add the ability for backs to be able to regain balance they would have to fix tackling to where its not all precanned and make it some what physics based.

To do that you would need to redesign tackling, do something more like what backbreaker does.
Madden's tackles are all based on animations, to have little hits that might knock someone off balance without engaging into a tackle animation would mean that you need to base tackling on physics like backbreaker does.
I would really love to see this too, but we would need to see a brand new madden engine to see this kind of thing come off.Eagles Rockets Avalanche Rays

WOW its a DREAM come true!! I made this thread two years ago as SpursnSaintsFTW and Madden actually gave us everything I griped about. Christmas is coming early this year, its just too bad that Madden 13 will be coming out the excact time in which I start college

Like head coach previously a understanding the play book rating. If you leave a run shoot college offence you should take awhile to learn the west coast offence. Likewise DE that comes from 3-4 def should take awhile to play well in 4-3 D.Supporting Brighton, Buccs & UCF Knights

Madden is taking a huge leap forward I believe it'll get to the point where its crazy but with anything you do people won't be 100% happy that's life.
