PS3 Online Pass Issues

Ordered the game last week, wasn't supposed to come until Tuesday this week, but came Friday instead, so that was an awesome bonus. But there is a problem.

I redeemed the code for the online pass, installed it, and everything seemed fine. The next time I turned on the PS3 to play a game, it said the online pass was corrupt/not redeemed and needed to be redownloaded, so I did. I thought it would be a one time thing, but it's happened every time. Plus, sometimes it just doesn't connect to other people. In fact, the only way I can play online is head-to-head quick match. Whenever I get invited through a lobby, it says it has lost connection to the opponent, and I get sent back to the lobby.

Also, the EA website says the code will be able to be used for all names on a console, but when my brother tries to go online on his account, it makes him redeem the code, and then tells him it has already been redeemed.

Same problem for me. There are MANY things I can point out that make this game unfinished, and really just unpolished. The upcoming patch needs to be huge.

Anyone else experiencing this or know any solutions?

Also, I am still having problems playing games from the lobby, and now it's starting to transfer to head-to-head quick match. I have to disconnect from PSN sometimes up to five times before it finally works.

Still having a great time with the game, even though I'm awful, but I just wish online was better.

having the same issue, every time I load the game, it makes me reload the online pass

To avoid redownloading online pass everytime, log on to psn BEFORE you start the game.

Was driving me crazy until i read somewhere about this solution.

Thanks for the idea wnnf. It at least worked for my account, haven't tried it yet for the other one.

In other news, I've found that "taking the ball and going home" and choosing the tie instead of extra time at the end of regulation boosted by player rating a lot after just a couple games. Now I'm somehow getting paired with worse people, even though it's supposed to be with people of equal skill, and I'm doing a lot better.
