Re: NBA 2K11 Q&A (Those That Have it Early, Confirmed)
1. I think the rookies are random, not pre-determined like in Madden.
BUT
2. Pretty sure you can still DL draft classes from 2k share and have actual players from college in them (i.e in 2K10 at the start of your assoc you could dl the draft class for Wall, Turner, Cousins, etc)Comment

Re: NBA 2K11 Q&A (Those That Have it Early, Confirmed)
1) Are rookies in association more balanced this year? In 2k10, after some time every team was rated 99 because of too strong rookies.
2) Does the ai adapt to roster changes after some seasons? Are playing styles hardcoded or is it possible for teams like San Antonio to play more of an uptempo game?Comment

In My Player how many games do you have to play? Playing every game in a season was just terrible.Comment

i see that the created player shown above still has kinda the same look as last years....anything new concerning players looks....Comment

Re: NBA 2K11 Q&A (Those That Have it Early, Confirmed)
82 games in a season. However, to "sim" through them, you have to start each game up, then Quit. Repeat this process for whatever amount of games you want to sim.Comment

Are poster dunks less frequent? and are they better? i feel like in 2k10, you never really felt like you were dunking on someone, where they actually had the hand up and everything, so i want to know if you can ride defenders like amare did?
also, is Dwight howard's one handed facial dunk in the game? the one where hes in the low post and he just goes up with one hand?Comment

I just have a general question. The demo on the PS3 just seemed ok and I really dont see what the hype is all about. Now the demo does not have any commentary which will help a little. I just dont see how somebody could play the demo over and over again. Does the actual game add so much that it actually warrants the hype if the demo seemed to be a let down.Comment

Also, the demo doesn't include playcalling, commentary, and the dynamic attendance and overall presentation additions aren't in there. Also, the demo is stuck on a specific game style, most probably the casual setting and pro, so there's no challenge, and limited AI plays, so you can't fully enjoy the game. But in terms of gameplay, controls, and likeness to the real deal, it blows away every other NBA game released, so that's hype enough, not sure wth you're expecting from an NBA gameComment

The demo itself plays better than any basketball game that's ever been released, that's hype enough on its own :s

Oh
i would look up 2k's video tutorial on how to dribble. It's been complicated since last year, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, no more unrealistic spins and what not. But for the casual player, i guess 2k10 would be perfect, 2k11 is just taking it a a giant step furtherComment
