Here's a thread I created over on the 2k forums. I don't know if NBA 2k will make a better create a team, but I think it would be awesome if they did. I love creating teams and putting my friends and I on the team.

i really want something like this in 2k12. I love creating teams with my own created players and building a complete team from scratch...but the current options for logos and courts for the created teams are very generic. It would be awesome to be able to customize the jersey colors (primary color, secondary color, etc) and court designs...and then actually bring your created team into the league and replace a current NBA team with your created team so you could play an entire season in the NBA as your created team. that would be sweet.

Yes there is.
Its pretty much identical to 2k9.
same logos, and setup.
You pick your 3 main colours, pick a logo, colour it, pick a home and away jersey out of 12 templates, then colour them to you desire.

I was hoping you would be able to really edit how you want your jersey to be, and stadium colours etc....oh well.

I use the "metropolis Justice" every season. A team of me and my friends or old basketball buddies as Nba players.

So are you able to create this team and replace an actual NBA team with the created team in a Franchise?
