pro/default level is best way to play....

Pro/default level seems to be the best FIT for nba 2k11.....if you play this level and use my way of playing, which is.......

    1. Dont use your play calling

    2. Dont use the steal button, just let your AI team steal for you.

    3. Try to keep a better outside game than the AI.

    4. Go in with a purpose (like i want AI rondo to score a team high).

yes im crazy when it comes to this game, but im fully sim....and its very effective and makes for proper stats, and a great challenge

Good to hear you are liking this level. I'm a sim guy but don't have the time or effort for sim level. Hoping default gives a good balance.

I have played coach mode 7 games so far with Wizards and have not had a 100 point game yet FOR EITHER TEAM.

This game is perfect except the scores are too low for 12 min quarters.

I'm also playing on Pro/Default. Glad I'm not the only one because I feel like a....

Something odd - with Real Shooting % turned on, it is virtually impossible to hit a wide open jump shot with LeBron James. However, turned off, he can't miss when open. That sucks because I can't get Mike Miller's shot timed properly to save my life, so I'm stuck in the middle.

I literally missed 8 straight wide open jumpers with LeBron.

I totally agree. I feel the difficulty has been bumped up from last year and Pro/Default is giving excellent games, challenge and stats. Last year I was playing on all star.

Also if your a good enough observer, if you play on ANY other lever (simulation, allstar, hof) there seems to be a break in the graphics and movement. The original default level seems to be what the game was made for.....im not gonna touch nothing on this game, im keeping levels the way it is.....pro/default gives for the best experience

just dont use play calling & dont use steals...it makes for you to play a very smart game

I am really starting to think Real Shooting % is buggy. If anything I would of thought miss 8 straight with SHOT STICK and hit most wide open shots with Real Shooting %, since it represents Lebrons real shooting rating.

Though Lebron has missed quite a few open shots in a row in games in real life hasen't he? Like this years playoffs against Celtics? Maybe just one of those games?

the CPU is a monster this year, that's all I know. I don't wanna have to play on pro but it probably is the most fair... but it'd probably feel too easy.

Just dont use steals and dont call plays. We were not able to call plays in the demo, ands thats where i got the idea. The demo had a good enough challenge so im now going into nba 2k11 with that same approach....

the game feels dumb down a bit when you go to any other level....

I prefer allstar for the better game.

I can't score 100 either and the harder the level the lower the score. I notice if I play with a team who is doesn't have an inside game I rarely win.

When I play with GS or the Suns I suck!

Don't call plays? they build a totally new expansive play calling system dude. That's up there with one of the best new features of the game. smh

but the game feels way to easy if you use plays in 2k11..this is one thing ive notice. The play calling in this game (2k11) seems to open up players for a automatic shot, its weird but this is what i notice after time with the game. Also when i call plays the AI (computer) seems to start missing their shots....im still experimenting but this is what im seeing so far...

call me crazy but when i say "dumb down" i mean that the graphics and movement seems to take a hit and look very bad. Things like the movement seems very stiff and not smooth at all. The graphics seem to have a very BLAND feel to it as if your playing online, and online graphics always suck...these are things im seeing so far.

Pro is definitely good to learn controls and running plays. After awhile you will want to move up to allstar because pro begins to get to easy.
