    The Cavaliers...

I plan on doing the Cavs this year. The Lebron-less Cavs might offer a greater challenge than any other team right now.

Lot of thinking to do with those trades and draft picks.

The team don't have a premiere slasher right now, so that might be the first one that I'll look into. Next would be a sub for Jamison. I don't expect him to last much longer in the game. He's what, 35 or 36 y/o?

I'll keep Varejo as an all around defensive stopper.

Mo is questionable for the moment. I really don't need a scoring PG. What I need is pass-first PG.

Anthony Parker is also nearing at the end of his career so I'll need someone to fill his position.

My bench is alright. Maybe improve them if given the chance.

I'll update you later guys on what I think could improve the Cavs...

Trade Jamison and Mo for a pass first Point Guard. Start Joey Graham and JJ Hickson at the 3 and 4. Find a few bench pieces and boom, you'll be aiming for a lottery pick, maybe playoffs.

EDIT: You may need to wait out on JJ to develop into a great player (I believe he can do it.) and wait for Joey and JJ to come together and work out plays for them to connect.

I believe you should look to the free agency for a young SG.

Hehe, well, it's better than being THE worst team in the league, which I think the Cavs will be this year. With Jamison and Mo in a single deal, you could receive a fantastic point guard (Thinking Westbrook if you put in a pick to convince OKC).

1.) I signed A.I to 1 yr/$5.76M - signed him to give my team a chance on trading matters.

2.) I traded Mo Williams, A.I, '11 1st pick for Paul George, Mike Dunleavy of the Pacers. I think that was a steal. George is a great prospect. Now that Mo is gone Ramon Sessions could look for a greater time to play.

3.) I signed Larry Hughes for defensive purposes.

4.) I was surprised after day 1, the 76er's offered Louis Williams and Andres Nocioni for Mike Dunleavy, Joey Graham, Jamario Moonand '12 1st pick. Heck, I don't want to pass that chance so I accepted it.

5.)The Grizzlies offered Hasheem Thabeet for Leon Powe and Larry Hughes. Why not..?? Thabeet is a great player to build around.

6.) With Hughes gone, I'm looking to move Sessions. Luckily the Bulls accepted my offer, Ramon Sessions for Ronnie Brewer.

With that settled. My team is assembled.

I wouldn't have done the 4th trade, you gave up your first round pick, depending on what level you play, it might end up being a high draft pick, CPU ripped you of i think.

You're right, but I think Lou is better than Ramon at that position.

                    ............

Those trades he made really seem like a waste to me. Not mentioning the Paul George trade is completely unrealistic. Hey, OP, can I just ask whether you're going for realism?

                      Re: The Cavaliers...

I'm a Cavs guy through and through so its nice to see someone else use them in the post-James era.

What I'm doing is starting Ramon at the 1, with Mo starting at the 2. Ramon is a distributing PG, while Mo is more suited to the 2 guard spot (hes undersized but I can live with that). I start Joey Graham at the 3 and J.J. at the 4 with Antawn coming off the bench as the 6th man to spell them both at the 3 and 4. Then I start Varejao at the 5 with Hollins backing him up.

I'm hoping to pick up a good SG in the draft because Mo's contract is HUGE and I'd like to get him off the books.
