I'd go with the washington playbook for offense, Shanny's offense is great. You got some fast route runners who can do work in the open field as well as receiving backs and te's, a semi-mobile qb with a big/accurate arm.

I think you can definitely run a 3-4 on D but if you pick up another DT and a MLB, you can run almost any formation.
