major issue involving Association with trade star value

i will start a new association. then i will go into the trades
and all my players will have there normal star ratings. then after i play my first game. I return to the trade menu and all of a sudden every player on the team only has a star value of one. while every other team star values stay the same.at first i thought i might of left the Sim qtr length at 12mins but the i checked it and it was the same as my quarter length. so far i have played 3 associations and all 3 times the same problem this is a major problem for the association mode just for the fact how important trades are for that mode.

I'm not having that problem at all. I'm on the 360, I play on 8 mins w/ 12 mins sim. I know because i sim through a lot of games, and the moment I'm looking to trade Haslem and all the stars are still the same.
