Re: Anyone Have a Problem Shooting with Durant?
I have a problem shooting period. It's frustrating so far and I'm trying to remain patient. I shoot around 30% in online play. Wide open, contested, can't dunk down low. I'm gonna keep trying but if it doesn't change then the game isn't for me.Comment

Re: Anyone Have a Problem Shooting with Durant?
Unfortunately, that isn't working either. I feel like I have to be perfect to make a jumper. I run plays....I even shoot airballs dude it's terrible. I practice, feel the vibration on the floor and shoot, hold it, quick whatever it's not working. I have 24 points in the fourth with the mavericks. Most of the shots are short.Comment

I don't have a problem. He is my primary scorer. His timing is almost like Westbrook's.Comment

Re: Anyone Have a Problem Shooting with Durant?
If most of your shots are short, then you are definitely releasing your shots later than you should be. Watch how the player jumps and see how high they go before starting to go back down. When the player is at their highest point release the ball. Also, you need to definitely watch for when the player's elbow/arm goes into the 90 degree angle. when you see that, that's when their shot would normally be released. I had alot of trouble with kobe's shot a couple years ago but when I started to watch for his arm to bend into the shooting angle I was knocking down shots.Comment

Re: Anyone Have a Problem Shooting with Durant?
I've had some trouble shooting with Durant too. I just feel like he was rated way too low. And after watching him during FIBA play it just feels weird missing any open shot with him.Comment

Re: Anyone Have a Problem Shooting with Durant?
I hope I'm not jinxing myself but I've never had a problem with Durant's shot. I led the NBA in scoring (averaged just about 30ppg) in 2K10 and so far in 2K11, I'm hitting shots with KD from inside and outside.Currently Playing:

Re: Anyone Have a Problem Shooting with Durant?
People. I KNOW how to shoot with Kevin Durant. The thing is that sometimes I don't get the release right. And it NEVER goes in. When I shoot with Wade and I don't get the release right. It goes in like 1/3 of all his shots.
It's ridiculous.Comment
