Celtics in My Player

Okay, so in My Player mode I was drafted to the Celtics. I'm not sure if anyone else is having this experience with different teams, or the same experience with Nate Robinson, but holy hell does this guy hog the ball. Between him hogging the ball, Pierce, Allen, and Garnett taking ridiculous shots, and Shaq getting thrown around in the paint like he's Spud Webb, we've managed to start the season at 2-6. Awesome.

I noticed it's a thing that happens on every team. Whoever brings the ball up is a complete ball hog. I'm on the Heat as a point guard and Wade and LeBron just hog it up. I watched my friend play his as a SG on the Blazers. Andre Miller would just run around until he got the shot or finds a CPU teammate wide open.

Funny, I don't have a problem with this. I'm on the Wizards and Agent Zero will ocassionally hog the ball, but it's not excessive, usually only like 2 or 3 times a game.

It helps if you stablish yourself as a scoring threat and run plays for them when you bring the ball up. But of course, no one else is an established scoring threat on the Wizards so they look to me to score anyways >.>

Every pg hogs in this game. I was playing on the thunder #18 pick, and westbrook and maynor proceed to shoot for no reason even when heavily covered and lost the ball and/or dribble and recover it with their warp speed.

Well its good to know I'm not the only one having this problem. As much as I love My Player mode there are some serious issues that need to be fixed.

Ever since I got drafted they bumped Robinson down to only 9 mpg while I get around 26. I was starting to think he had it in for me because of that

i am a SG on blazer, and both andre miller and brandon roy think they are god coz they always try to pull unnecessary dribbling and shoot the j when surrounded. andre at least passes ball when i am wide open or behind his tail, but brandon that punk *** never passes. oh btw my PF and C love to shoot for three when they are wide open ..

i am 21-21 right now, and if my team loses, the coach is fired. so... basically a new coach every 2-3 games haha

WTH!? Thats insane. I don't have the big men shooting 3's problem as much as I have the problem with Rondo and Robinson thinking they are Michael Jordan. Garnett is pretty much non-existent in most games, just taking up space. Pierce will pass the ball sometimes, most of the time him and Allen stand around the 3-point line and jack up 3's the whole game and miss over half of them.

Yeah, that happens in my "my player" mode too. I got drafted to the Spurs at 20th pick, I made my way up to 6th man (all around sg). The starters don't hog the ball too often, Parker and Ginobili pass, but it's the bench pg and sg that tend to hog. Especially George Hill... he never passes me the ball! I think it's because I took all of his minutes since I play his position. But ya... when he's on he just dribbles around and shoots, never passes.

Oh and if your teammate rating is high, then the starters will pass to you more often.

I'm a PG with the Wizards...and I hate playing with Arenas. He NEVER EVER passes the ball.....

I demanded a trade, and now pla for the 1-11 Raptors!! Be careful what you wish for!!

u have to get your team chemistry up...yea helps a lot i had same problem with da NO Hornets...CP3, Ariza and david west was hogin and missin all types of shots...now dat my team chemistry is up to 59% they make thir shots and make smart decisions and also pass me the ball.

I have not experienced this watsoever, I was with Thunder, and they played me at SG, and i usually get 15-20 shots!
Now am with the Jazz, they play me at SG, even though am a PG, and i can get over 30 shots. well i dont pass much, but i get about 5 assists. avg points - 23. D. Williams is avg. 17 points and 10.5 assists per game. his points avg is dropping slowly.

Also I think this has alot to do with your Press Conferences, and Team Chemistry. don't be stupid on what u answer at press conference, if team Chem goes down, your touchs will go down as well!

It's not just Nate Rob. It's Devin Harris too. It wouldn't be so bad if he took good shots but he takes shots with guys on him while me and other players sit wide open. It is frustrating as hell.
