I don't dive very often, so I haven't seen a single fumbled when diving yet. I always slide down with my QB if he is running(or run out of bounds if I'm close to the sidelines), and for other players I just don't see the need to dive that often. the few times I have my player hasn't fumbled though. my QBs have never fumbled when sliding.
