    Helping you guys with shooting

I'm not sure if this will help you all, but it helped me a lot. When I was shooting. I use the shot stick, but I noticed I was flicking it back on the release if that makes sense. Now what I do is guide it back with my finger. I'm shooting WAY better now. Does anybody else do this? let me know if this helps you guys. Thanks.

I'm not sure I follow. Were you pulling back on the shot stick then flicking it back to the center on release? And now you're slowly guiding it back to the center? Did I understand you correctly?

When I shoot I completely take my thumb off the stick as I release.

Yes you are correct. Instead of taking your thumb completely off the stick, just guide it back with your thumb. Let me know if this helps.

I normally don't even pull the shot stick down on jumpers. I point the shot stick which ever way the basket is and release it smoothly. For example playing on the 2k cam if my player is at the top of key, I move the shot stick up. If I'm in the corner I move the shot stick to the left or right depending on what corner I'm in ect.

I don't have problems with jumpshots once I know the release point. Never have. But this is offline, cuz I don't play online because the lag/delay is a game killer for me. This goes for shot timing, iso motion and movements in general.
