    NHL Goalie Gear w/ Photos

I think this article has 'em all. And yes, I emailed the link to the right person at EA.

FWIW, I read today that Brent Johnson is breaking in a solid black set of pads so I'd imagine that, at some point, his will change from what is pictured. Thanks for the link!

For the most up to date Goalie gear EA should use Getty images by date or Petr pucks website

Yeah, lots of the goalies have kinda changed or went back to their older pads out of this update. McElhinney and Biron both went back to their older/spring training pads.

And what's up with Tim Thomas, he used to have eye sore equipments with lots of yellow, but now he's gone with black and white including his mask. Anyone got any better pics of his mask? I can't even see what it is.

I think he went with a generic white and black look because he is probably gonna get traded during the season.

The Bruins need to clear atleast $4 million for when Sturm and Savard come back and Thomas makes $5 million....and the Bruins have Tuukka Rask.....One of these goalies has to go at some point and Rask has a 12 year career ahead o him while Thomas has maybe 3 more years left

That Uni-Watch thing is a joke. How can you watch it through out the year if they never update it? I do a site that updates all the goalie gear in the NHL, AHL, CHL, and Draft Prospects weekly. I also have goalie gear edits and goalie ratings. On PetrPuck's site he rarely keeps his edits up to date. And he is probably stealing the edits from me... Im not sure how you guys could have missed this cause I have been promoting it for a long time.....

Last I heard he said he did it to look bigger in net and make the holes harder to spot.

                    Seems to be working...

Well if you actually read what I had to say then you would have noticed that I put the links right in the words....

Don't be so presumptious as to what I have or have not read. I read your post several times.

                            Here's a tip:

The embedded hyperlinks are only obvious when the mouse pointer is hovered over them in Firefox depending on your set up. Similarly, in certain older high contrast Operation Sports forum skins, e.g the one I'm using, they appear no different in colour to regular text. Most people don't need to use the mouse to follow lines of text therefore your links are rendered invisible to me.

Perhaps this is why people keep missing your site. You keep hiding your url.
