</td> <td class="row1" id="post_text_9672115" valign="top"> I've read the MANY MANY posts about gameplay imbalance, button vs. sticks, Overusing Fedor, Overpowered CAFs etc.

Interestingly enough it seems that a vast majority of your feedback is based on the the spamming of hooks to the body and scoring.

I understand these issues. Ive seen it personally. WE WILL FIX THIS No need to make more posts about this unless you just have a thing for redundancy (some people do. you know who you are)

Now, that being said. I would like to help fix any other glaring issues or imbalances that are happening online. A very concise explanation is all I need and I will look into the issue. I'm looking for things that you think are legitimate exploits, not reasons you lost. Everyone loses. Oh and don't just say "buttons" lol

On a side note I have had a great time playing online with everyone. I appreciate you guys playing the game and I hope we can keep it going! Tell your friends to get the game too. I want some new competition

Well its Saturday and I should be enjoying the game so I will check back with everyone on Monday. Have a great weekend everyone!

A MOH patch is in the works as well.

Wouldn't know that from EA's people. They haven't responded at all on the feedback on the forum over there.

I believe it's only a PC patch, for right now at least. That's probably why there hasn't been a huge announcement about it.

Re: Bad news for you button spammers

Why is it referred to as button spamming? Is there no technique involved in picking your shots? I can see button mashing vs strategically punching, I'd rather play the game with buttons, that's just my choice, but I am happy they will separate the button users from the total control people. I want evenly matched fights, I don't need some little kid to call me a button beotch just because I wrecked him and he decided to use Total Control, if it was cheating it shouldn't be an option. And like I said, I just want a fair fight, I could care less if I lose, it happens, but I don't need sore losers making excuses and insulting me for playing the game the way I play it. This will make things fair for everyone at one aspect.

Whats funny about the Fedor thing is that I started out playing as Brett Rogers and naturally the guy I fought used Fedor, then I used Overeem and I fought another guy that used Fedor, so I said to heck with it Ill be Fedor this is just ridiculous, this will make it fair. The next guy I fight decides to be Werdum, go figure now I look like the douche. I like using Rogers, he tires out a little too fast though but hes a good puncher.

the issue is a glitch in an animation, classic users don't have their combo interrupted by a parry, the punch off the other hand continues like nothing happened, which makes it next to impossible to counter someone who is just alternating hooks, it forces you to play like lyoto machida, but without the combos, or running clinching footsweep trip, if you want to stand, or take them down. if a tcs got parried, he has to reset, which is how the game appears to be designed. so the fact that a classic control user doesnt have to reset points to a glitch. not saying your trying to abuse the glitch, but many are, just that the glitch is there.

When you fight online, can you choose to only fight an opponent that is using Total Control versus Classic? Is there a toggle that when you create a fight card, you prevent the Classic users from being able to join?

Re: Bad news for you button spammers

Okay, no one answered this question, but let me pose it another way.

Why not include in the patch that is apparently on the way, the ability to choose your controller preference with regards to Classic or TPC, and only fight those folks with the same scheme as you?

Button mashing little babies can play with themselves, and the Total Control Crew can find fights that pit the matchup based on the same style, thereby making for a true indicator of the real winner based on skills, planning, counter measures and the "chess match" that we have read about...

I would much rahter lose to a technically adept adversary that beat me because of being a better player and having a better grasp of his controls and their limits and abilities, than a 10 year old kid who chooses the top fighter in each weight class, and hits the buttons as fast as he can...

                    Thoughts?

OH, ok...thanks, that makes sense now. Fair enough, I didn't think I was doing anything wrong but some guy called me a button bitch, now I understand why he was upset, I was unaware that there was a glitch. Well I hope it gets fixed so I can play online without people thinking I'm trying to cheat.

You can beat the bad impatient spammers fairly easily standing but in a very boring fight. You have to unlock your inner Machida, and dash away and make them chase you. When they lead with spam, counter it as they come in with a head kick, body kick or hook. You should stun them, DO NOT FOLLOW-UP UNLESS YOU ARE SURE THE NEXT STOKE WILL DROP THEM!!! You will only be inviting your self to fall into the spam. Even if they are hurt, back away. Let them show their lack of understanding range and repeat the process. Or take them down and submit them. But by no means should you try to throw a combo ever, you will be caught in spam. Do not try more than 1 parry. Because of the glitch you will be unable to parry multiple shots. instead dash back, remember your inner machida, except unlike Lyoto, you may never unleash your own combo. 1 counter at a time. But then there is the evolved spammer. He is a different animal. He will go a couple mins into the fight acting legit. Then out of nowhere button mashing hook spam. You don't know what hit you till you see yourself in tko state and 4 different colors under their name. Until you realize you met the slimeball of slimeballs. The spammer who poses as a legit player. No defense for these slimeballs.

Ehh, total control...buttons.....makes not a bit of difference to me. I'll annihilate the lot of ya using either or. That includes the online spammers. My style is so exquisite with lots of polish. Very difficult to match up against I swear.

Same with FN4. As it shall be with FN champions. Come see me.
