I dont have the game and I'm just wondering if you can edit Iowa players so that they have short socks, because I know in Madden this year they won't let you give short socks to teams like the Chiefs with stripped socks so i didn't know if it would be similar in NCAA.

I'm fairly certain there are NFL rules dictating how players can wear their socks...
As for NCAA Football, yes, you can go through and individual edit all 70 players on your roster if you want them all to wear short socks.
I prefer my players wearing long socks, so I'll sometimes do this...but I don't do all 70 straight out of the box. Instead I just tend to edit all my incoming recruits every season and so after 4/5 seasons I've got my whole team looking how I want them. -

No, what is strange is that the fashion rules are more strict than the safety rules.
The only rules regarding pads are that players must wear helmets and shoulder pads. Nothing forces a player to wear a mouthpiece or any of the waist & below pads. There's not even a rule in place requiring players to keep the chin strap on their helmet buckled (Brett Favre).Comment
