EA 11/2 Roster Update - Corrections / Missing Players Thread

I figured we could have a central repository for corrections and missing players

Boston:

Maxime Sauve is GONE FROM THE GAME - the kid was a 2nd rd pick. He was originally in the game on Val'dor in the QMJHL and is now playing for Providence and may see time in Boston this year. I checked Boston, Providence, Val'dor and Free Agents and the kid is nowhere to be found. This one is inexcusable - the kid has 3 goals in his first 4 AHL games and you remove him from the game - there are so many stiffs and scrubs who can be removed and you remove a 19/20 yr old 2nd rd pick on the cusp of the NHL.

Joe Colbourne - 1st rd pick. Played a few games last year with Providence in the AHL and is on Providence roster this year - NOT IN GAME

Yuri Alexandrov - 2nd rd pick from Russia. Playing for Providence in the AHL - NOT IN GAME

Why the hell is Trent Whitfield on Bostons roster?

Michael Hutchinson - Goalie was a mid rd pick and is playing for Providence in the AHL. He was originally in the game in the OHL with London and is now GONE - NOT IN GAME. Meanwhile, Adam Courchaine and Matt Dalton are both goalies on Providence but aren't on the team in real life. Providence goalies are Nolan Schaefer and Michael Hutchinson

I have not made one complaint about this whole process....but this roster to me is worse than the original. So frustrating!!!! At least before I could have moved guys around, now these guys are missing from the game.

Wow, that doesn't sound too good, hope that's not a reflection on all the teams in the game!

Go through and start looking at goalie equipment.......tons of fixes to be made.

I am not a complainer and haven;t posted one negative thing while we waited for this update......but I am close to calling this a total disaster.

Wow oh wow...

I can't even count on my hands and toes how many players have been left off their team roster.

The one that impacts me personally, has to be the Milwaukee Admirals not having Blake Geoffrion.

I mean seriously EA...He's "Boom Boom" Geoffrion's grandson, and he was the NCAA's 2009-2010 Hobey Baker Award winner. He signed a contract with the Admirals before opening day, so why wouldn't he be in this roster update?

St louis Blues top prospect playing in Peoria.

Just glancing at some of the other teams, havent even looked at the CHL yet, all I can say is this thread will be long and EA has dropped the ball with rosters this year. I can except bad rosters from the developers as long as the community can support themselves with roster sharing, but this is just garbage.

It's a joke.

I mean look, sure people can say "so a player is missing, etc". No big deal, just create it.

But I look at it like "EA is friggin lazy." I mean seriously, how hard is it to pull up a team roster on the web?

Linus Omark for Oklahoma is missing.

O'marra and many others are listed as rookies. Ya, ok.

You're serious when saying that there's players from the AHL that aren't there and a guy like Trent Whitfield still on Boston lineup?

OMG. If that's the case for the Bruins, I'm affraid of what it's going to be for other teams.

If this is a trend, then I'm sorry, but EA couldn't be protect on this one. You made roster sharing impossible and come up with something incomplete? That's laughing in the face of your customer there.

I would have been critical of people whinning about the ratings, but the exemple of Providence goalies and players that should be there and they aren't is really bad...

Sad part about Omark, I'm pretty sure he was on Dynamo Moscow in NHL 10. It baffles me to no end how EA could miss players that were in the previous year's game.

They've had 60+ days to sort out the licensing issues. Theres just TOO MANY missing players for that to be the reason. The real reason is that EA got lazier than Homer Simpson on a Sunday. They waited until this weekend to get started on the roster update and thats why we have hundreds of players missing in the NHL/AHL alone. I haven't even looked at the CHL or Euro leagues, God knows they're probably a mess..

I was keeping an open mind, giving EA the benefit of the doubt, and was expecting something decent considering the amount of time it took, but.....

This update is a joke

Jacob Markström is still not in the game?!?!?!? Biggest goalieprospect of the past few years, nah he's not important enough....

Are you guys looking in the roster management screens or in bagm? Maybe all the missing guye are in as unsigned prospects that you can only see in bagm mode "in the system " on the contract page?
