Re: The Career of Bryan Dodge (NCAA11)

Going into the Season, Coach Dodge set a goal once again to sign atleast 20 players to scholarships. Well we are 12 weeks through the season and he has already landed 16 players. All are 3* Caliber players instantly improving the Overall depth and talent here in Pullman.

Here is a look at the current incoming class that at this point ranks #24 in the nation.

#38 QB R. Dickens-6'0 208 lbs-Marysville WA
"With Halliday starting, Roland as the #2, expect Dickens to Redshirt"

#36 HB C. Stewart-6'1 200 lbs-Sahalee WA
With 4 RB's already on the roster for next season, Stewart will also Redshirt"

#122 WR A. Rodgers-6'2 218 lbs-Kapalama HI
"Rodgers will battle fellow FR J. Atkinson for a possible #5/#6 role next year. The loser will RS"

#165 WR J. Atkinson-6'4 197 lbs-Honolulu HI
"See above"

#106 G S. Love 6'6 272 lbs-Baldwin Park CA
"Adds depth and could be a potential starter"

#105 DE T. Turner 6'4 257 lbs-Pacifica CA
"Could be the replacement for R. Long"

#116 DE J. Langford 6'2 223 lbs-Spanaway WA
"Will probably Redshirt"

#84 DT D. Stone 6'2 275 lbs-Evergreen WA
"Could be a instant starter"

#85 DT J. Harrison 6'3 269 lbs-Martha Lake WA
"See Above"

#88 DT P. Hill 6'6 252 lbs-Slope OR
"Will battle Stone and Harrison for a spot on next years active roster if not he will Redshirt"

#39 MLB B. Lewis 6'0 211 lbs-Habra CA
"Has the potential to be a instant starter"

#52 MLB D. Harrison 6'1 218 lbs-Waiane HI
"Could move to the Outside"

#64 MLB E.J. Sims 5'9 245 lbs-CDA ID
"See Above"

#109 CB T. Love 6'3 173 lbs-Palmdale CA
"Great height, will probably RS next season"

#43 SS M. Walker 6'1 210 lbs-Martinez CA
"Future starter, but could RS next year because of returning depth"

#34 ATH I. Jefferson 5'10 192 lbs-Newport Beach CA
"Could be a future HB or CB. Will probably RS until Coach Dodge figures it out"

WSU Recruiting Recap-" So far Coach Dodge has done a excellent job of adding some very talented players on both sides of the ball and he still has plenty of time to give out the other 9 scholarships available. Rumors are Coach Dodge is holding on to 4 or 5 hoping to land some more talented transfers like last season"

Coach Dodge Comments "I really like this class so far. I feel like I have increased our Overall talent and hopefully with another Bowl appearence we can increase our program to a 3* caliber allowing us the opportunity to start signing 4* and maybe even 5* type players" Until then we will focus on building the program similar to what they did at Boise State, with players who are not always highly sought after."
