In my last two attempts to play through an offseason in offline franchise, I've had two freezes. Not happy so far with this patch, or with whatever else may be causing this. I guess I need to learn to start saving more?

certain players still can't connect to each other, they get the error message 'unable to receive data request' or something in the team selection screen after the invite is sent. no more d/c's mid game, but still the same routing issues to certain players (chicago to texas is always an issue).

for instance, one guy in our leagues i can never play...simply because of ea's awful server routing issues. we nearly ended up in the super bowl in one of our leagues, and it would have had to be simmed because ea cannot fix a 12 year old problem we've paid them good money for.

totally ruins the online franchise experience...imagine spending 3 hours drafting a team, investing 18-19 hours in the season playing opponents to fight your way to the superbowl...only to have the final game simmed because of a simple error that won't be acknowledged. but they were all over 3D and MUT updates, like anyone gives a...

Ever since the "update" I haven't been able to complete an online ranked game, again: thanks goes out to EA. Suggestions anyone?

In this video, around 3:50, Phil says there are over 900 QB vs. QB intros. I should just point out that this is actually impossible!

Ian just posted on his twitter that, "divisional matchups seem to work. others are generic..."

So, either Ian is lying that they didn't fix bug or this guy seriously over exaggerates and can't count. If it was just divisional comparison, there would be 48 intros, but I think there is a few others, so 60 would be more accurate than 900!!!!

So I downloaded the patch and played a game in my Off-Line Franchise last night, it was the Pats (me) Vs. the Colts.

And to my surprise I got a unique QB intro specific to Manning and Brady.

Before the patch every single game was the generic intro about how "these 2 QB's know how importants these games are..." etc etc.


Is anyone else noticing the QB intro's working all of a sudden in OffLine 'Chises?

I play the Jets next, Im gunna see if it works again.

I was 6/5 passing last night with Vince Young. How it was 6 completions to 5 passes I don't know.

Was there a reception that was overturned on a coach's challenge? For some reason it takes away the pass attempt but not the reception in the stats.

Did they add cb/we jostling? I'm seeing it a lot more on streaks than I remember before.
