what is a pause glitch???

whatever it is justifies my reason for not caring for playing online

i have maybe played a total of 4 online games and thats all i need to play.
i remember i played 2 people back to back who used the falcons and immediately sub in DJ shockley and jerius norwood.. due to the terrible lag in madden 2009, there was nothing i could do about this abuse
