Turning off Injuries in Updated Rosters

What I mean is... Carlos Boozer is currently injured. Is there any way to fix that without resetting the rosters to the release date rosters?

Do you want to start an Association or just play a quick game?

      Both.

I play Quick Games with my brother a lot. And I want to start playing in the Playoffs.

I just downloaded one of the most recent 2K roster updates with Boozer injured. When you enter into an association, he is listed as a reserve, but with his usual 85 rating so all you have to do is move him to the starting lineup.

Not sure about quick games, though.
