we were not hoping to release this roster this soon & it is definitley a work in progress but everyone wanted it now.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DOWNLOAD TO USB/FLASH DRIVE (courtesy of jdsmoooth):
The only thing that you will be doing differently is copying the file from your USB stick to your computer. Thanks

USB Method: Make sure your usb drive is formatted from the 360 and has a profile with NBA 2k11 saves on it

1. Download USB Xtaf Explorer and extract it http://www.mediafire.com/?1d396e7g051csee

2. Plug USB into pc and run USB Xtaf Explorer
3. Click File > Open Device
4. Double Click "0. {dir}Content"
5. This is your profile. Double Click it (You might have more than one)
6. Double click {dir}5454087A
7. Double click {dir}00000001
8. Now you'll see all different 2k11 save files (Settings, Roster, etc..)
9. Click "Inject" and browse to wherever you downloaded the rosters from this post
10. Thats it. Plug into 360 and

Curious to hear your guy's reasoning at not having every team have their "run plays" at 100. Do teams still run a fair amount of plays with this slider altered?

I thought that players shoes were just gonna be the model and just team colour 1 and 2 so we don't have to change them after trades and free agencies, what happened to that?

Ronyell, can you be more specific about the sliders. Difficulty, game speed, etc.

difficulty is just the adjustment of the sliders... once you alter them they will show as "custom" anyway. i play with game speed at 45

we went to colors 1 & 2 for teams that have different colors on alternate jerseys. we could not stay with that 1 & 2 scheme on ome shoes because it was just not possible to create that shoe that way because of the lack of shoe options that 2k gave us.

We did for most teams & players BUT we thought that CUSTOM selections gave a more authentic look (both for guys with PE's & for teams who had the same colors throughout all of available uniforms...Heat, Celtics, Blazers, Magic to name a few).
A good amount of the shoes & colorways in this years game (especially the Jordans) were just simply NOT authentically created correctly by 2k's art team. The 'team colors' are not in correct area in the shoe in most cases so I tried to correct them. Also, red teams like Philly, Portland, Houston & Toronto's 'team colors' are almost pink & HAD to be changed!
Again, for most teams like the Cavs for example, I ONLY did team colors 1 & 2 due to the fact that ALL their jerseys in this game are all over the place (yellow, maroon, orange, navy, light blue etc etc etc).
My only solution for your question is simply to just manually go in & edit the guys who got traded in your association. However, many of the non-'team color 1 & 2' selections I edited, I did so with just black or white (instead of a custom color) to help with the 'trade & alternate jersey issue'. After weighing out the options (before I started my edits), I thought it would be easier to do it the way I did it, than to take away from the games authenticity.

OK I been waiting for this one and now every time I try to start my Association it freezes after I select the team I want to control. This is only happening with this roster and I have re-downloaded to make sure I didn't get a bad download. Anyone else having this issue?

Razor, this happened to me last night as well...my solution was taken from another poster from another forum. What worked for me was signing out of my profile before starting the NBA 2K11 disc itself, then making the default "player1" or whatever profile when you start up the game (this prevents living rosters, NBA Today, etc. from loading). Once you get to the team select screen for quick game, sign into your profile and go load this roster, settings, sliders, etc. and start your association. Hope this helps.
