Yes you can get a 10 min commit. Normally I wait until the first week of the season and then fill up my board instead of in the preseason. I do this so I can get atleast one four or five star player interested in me. I just look for the one with the pink diamond. Then I go and fill my board an only offer players who I am top on there list a scholarship. Normally I will get 3 instant commits the first week.
