    The "Best" Jordan?

Has it been determined which Jordan is the "best" in the game?

Which Jordan are you drafting when u customize?

It feels like the later Jordan doesnt dunk as hard the earlier ones, which would be accurate. And the later Jordan's jump shot was water.

I have yet to look at the various ratings to compare.

    This isnt your Favorite Jordan.

I have yet to play against him.

After playing with all of them I would say the 96-97 Jordan. I found the early Jordan was tough to play with because he can't shoot very well. With the 96-97 Jordan I can cross over and hit the pull up jumper all game:

I found that the dunk animations against Utah werent as flamboyant as the earlier version.

The one from the game against the Sonics. Total domination.

I have no problem with 80's Jordan's jumper. I got 63 in the Jordan Challenge with 90% mid range jumpers.

I think a better conversation would be the best Pippen. The Jordans in the game are all great, depending on what you want (speed, dunking, shooting, handles), but the Pippens are all fairly similar.

Im hesitant to shoot the 3 w/ Jordan against Boston, whereas later his 3 gets stronger. I havent checked his ratings vs the different eras.

                His Midrange is always good.

that's me too. I can't shoot the 3 with the 85 Jordan so I have trouble beating the Celtic challenge. I have beat them all except that one and the flu game.

I like the Pippen discussion though. I would say the Pippen in mid 90's is my most fun to play with. Although, there is one Jordan Challenge game, can't remember which one, that Pip is hard to play with. Clark Kellog even mentions that Pip was in a slump coming into that game: I don't know if it's coincedence or what but he is ice cold for me in that game everytime.

                    Re: The "Best" Jordan?

Its gonna take while before a "research" the best Pippen. Im usually way too concerned w/ gettin the ball to Jordan to use Pip to his maximum potential. But Pippin is usually the recipient of my assists in any of the assist challenges.

The Seattle Jordan might be who Im leaning towards.

When Jordan left, Pippen lead that team. I'd imagine the "MJ return Pippen" should be "better" since he shouldered the load. I guess that would be the first Finals after getting bumped by Orlando. I guess that would be the Sonics as well...duh.

Seattle Jordan is disgusting. I can't beat that challenge because the Sonics are so nasty (I've got the individual stat goals twice though ) but that Jordan is incredible.

I do like the Pippen question, personally i wanna have the most realistic experience possible while playing.

i do think the best mj overall has to be the 90-92 mj, the one thing ive noticed though, is it seems everyones happy with the stats tendencies sigs etc of all the classic teams....or is it just me an i havent come across the right threads as yet? who on here has altered any of the sigs tendencies etc for the jordan challenge players, ie kemp, payton, the knicks ( still struggling to find the best sig shot for starks, currently have hamilton i think, although gibsons is pretty sweet, maybe to sweet) an also pips layup packages throughout his career?? oh an paxsons shot sig??? anyone have any segestions for his?? Horace Grants sig ive given kick btw..

Oh yeah how bout mjs gather sig, ive used different ones throughout his career to coincide wiv his game, im theee biggest fan of mike, its not even funny how much ive dissected his career moves an wat not, an personally the pull up which he has fru out his career is more suitable for later in his career where as hez sig is kool for the 91 lakers series, 95 knicks, half dribble i think, who remembers the move on starks in da double nickel game?? erm...watelse?? oh yeah, dunk package for 95 mj, u know its weird but nenes is pretty good for it although there are ah couple jams in it that do spoil it, id even say its pretty nice for all 95-98 mj's??? would love to hear everones thoughts
